All wallpaper orders are custom printed in 3 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping within the UK is free for all orders.

Sample Shipping

Our samples are A3 sized, and all shipping charges are based on actual cost. We do not make any money on shipping.

Local Delivery & In-Store Pickup

We do not offer a local delivery or in-store pickup service. Our shipping partners UPS will deliver to a local parcel store for collection on request.

International Shipping

We offer tracked international delivery. The charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout along with estimated delivery times. Please note that for any customers outside the UK, EU and USA, any import duty due on delivery will be the responsibility of the customer and you should check these charges before ordering.

Customs & Import Charges

We are a UK-based company, and we pay EU and USA import charges up-front when shipping. If you are based in the UK EU, or USA, there will be no import/customs charges due.

For anywhere outside of the UK, EU and USA, any import duty and fees are the responsibility of the customer and you are advised to check before you buy to avoid unexpected fees.
